2. Inspection of the Vehicle
The vehicle may be inspected at HakiElimu offices located at Mathuradas Road, Upanga West Plot number 739, Dar es Salaam, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

3. Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders must submit:

• A sealed envelope clearly marked: “Tender for Purchase of Vehicle T 565 DLR”
• Full name, address, and contact details of the bidder
• A copy of valid identification (for individuals) or company registration documents (for companies)
• A clearly stated bid price in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)

• Transfer ownership costs and applicable taxes shall be borne by the successful bidder.
